2. Put on headphones, push play, and follow along. If you like, review the booklet that comes with that Paraliminal for additional tips and insights.

You will only need to listen to most Paraliminals once to begin getting the results you want. With some you will have to listen to multiple times. You’ll find guidance in the booklet that comes with each Paraliminal.

What will you experience while listening

At the beginning of most of the Paraliminals, you’ll hear Paul Scheele’s voice. He’s the principal designer of all of our Paraliminals.

On some of the sessions Paul will ask questions about your purpose for listening.

Then you will be guided through a relaxation process. You will close your eyes, and stress will drain from your body. Your mind will calm.
