Pre-Order Policy

We do not offer cancellations for change of mind. Pre Order products are generally ordered to demand and we often do not keep much stock on hand of a particular item.

We may offer a cancellation on a case by case basis, you can contact us with your enquiries at neoncitycollectables@gmail.com. 

When are full payments due?

We require full payment up front for the pre-ordered item.

 

When will I receive my item?

Please refer to the product description for an estimated time of arrival, please be aware that these are estimates only. When a pre ordered item is received by us it is shipped to you within 2 business days. 

 

What happens if my item is delayed?

We will endeavor to keep you updated with any delay's that may effect your order and update you with an approximate time frame on when you will receive your item.

Please note that any orders containing a pre-order item or multiple pre-order items will not ship until all items from your order are available to send.
