All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification is sent once with tracking information after your order has shipped.
All TCG singles ship inside of a sleeve and top loader inside of a registered post envelope that includes cardboard for added rigidness. Any TCG singles paired with larger items will ship inside of the package.
All other items including bulky items ship inside of a bubble mailer, or inside of bubble wrap. Depending on the value or fragility of the item it will ship in a card board box or mailer.
Some items that have a shipper box such as a lot of our exclusive LEGO sets will ship inside of that and may not include bubble wrap as it has come directly from the manufacturer.
We do everything possible on our end to ensure that your item is well protected in transit as it makes its journey to you.
Orders shipped to Port Augusta (5700) or Stirling North (5710) addresses include free local delivery. The delivery time frame is 1 - 3 business days and you will be contacted by a member of staff to arrange this.
We do not offer local pick up at this time.

We ship using Australia Post, all packages come with insurance and tracking for your peace of mind.

We will do our best to keep you up to date about any delays involving items in your order. Please be aware that some delays involving shipping your item through Australia Post are out of our hands and that the delivery times above are just an estimate.
We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.
When your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number that can be used to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
